After heading out Monday to go busking with the Sinking Ships, I found this amazing plaque that will definitely get good use next winter.

Yes, and I was in need of some arms and bust, buns and super stomach workouts.  Oh, I am sure bouncing back after baby will be helpful, too, especially if I am wearing those workout outfits along with a wind machine to keep the hair out of my face and cool me down....
